Best Coffee shops in Thonglor, Bangkok

Here is a list of the best coffee shops in Thonglor. We loved exploring the neighborhood, while getting jazzed on some good caffeine. We’ve also written posts on the restaurants and bars in Thonglor if you are looking for more information.

Brave Coffee @ Seenspace

Seenspace is a newer addition to the cool, hipster district of Thonglor in Bangkok. It is a collective of several restaurants, cafes and shops. The coffee shop at the top level is called Brave Coffee Roasters. Brave Coffee Roasters shares a space with a cool shop called Tost and Found. The shop has a huge old school record section as well. They have cool street style clothes for men and women as well as cool decorative items, like notebooks from Rifle Paper Co. and cool bags. This is a great coffee shop in Bangkok. It’s a clean, white and black aesthetic in a glass building filled with sunlight. Their website can be found here with all their coffee and story. Also to find out more about the shop Tost and Found you can find their info here.

Hours: 8am-12am daily

Casa Lapin

This is a great light, airy, and peaceful cafe during the day. The aesthetic is clean, white, and cozy. The coffee is quality and it’s an artistic and creative environment to work and rest during the day. Besides great coffee, they also are known for their fruit teas, lemonades and sodas. Their website with more information can be found here. The place also transforms into a great bar called Bad Motel at night. For more information check out our list of best bars in Thonglor.

Sleep Industry Bed & Coffee

Sleep Industry Thonglor

Sleep Industry is a bit of the main drag of Thonglor, but still very close. The cafe is the lobby to their boutique hotel. So if you are looking for a place to stay, you can get coffee and a place to sleep. They have an indoor small greenhouse that adds such vibrant life and color to the space, as well as a wooden built house a frame that is a creative structure over the main doorway and coffee counter area. This space is beautiful and filled with light. For more information about staying in this hotel or the menu check here.

City Boy Coffee

City Boy Coffee Thonglor

This is a low key coffee stand on a quiet neighborhood side street off the main thoroughfare of Thonglor. The stand has lots of stools, tables, chairs, and seating still to hang out on the shady street, which is a great reprieve from the busy city. The founder works there often and is a Bangkok city boy born and raised here his whole life. He is a hilarious chill dude to chat with and this is definitely a cool locals spot. He’s in the picture below, just look for the guy with the logo tatooed on his arm. The menu and more information on the spot can be found here.

Hours: 7am-7pm daily

GoodFellas Cafe/Coffee shop

Goodfellas is a hot spot. Every morning the place is packed, so get there early if you want coffee and breakfast. They have a delicious selection of breakfast sandwiches and pastries that make you feel like you are sitting somewhere in Europe. The place now runs a hostel where you get a free killer breakfast at the cafe. Seriously, the best hostel breakfast I’ve ever had. The staff are also super friendly! Their menu and more information about the hostel can be found here.

Hours: 7:30am-6:30 pm daily

Where’s Cup and Brew at? We must have missed but will have to check it out next time we are in the area. Thanks for the suggestion. Always down to check out a new coffee shop.
