The Cloud Forest, in Singapore, is a part of the Gardens by the Bay complex of eco-domes, waterfront gardens, and metal forest. If you want to read more about Gardens by the Bay, then check out our blog on it here. The Cloud Forest was our favorite part of the exhibit. We were there in the middle of crazy lightning and thunderstorm, which made for a memorable experience as the rain pounded on the glass all around us.
Cloud Forest Singapore: Price
The cost of the Cloud Forest is $16 USD per adult and $12 per child. You have the option to pay for a ticket including both the Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome for $28.
Cloud Forest Singapore: Highlights
The best part of the Cloud Forest is the indoor waterfall. It’s the size of a 3 or 4 story building, making it difficult to even fully capture. You can’t miss it because it’s the first thing you see when you enter. Get in line early to get a picture, but also don’t be afraid to be pushy. No everyone offers the informal “line” and to get a picture you might have to throw some bows to get a good spot.
Tip: Bring a jacket. We thought it would be warm because it was a greenhouse deal. We were wrong. The day we went was rainy and cold, and the eco-dome reflected that. So we were freezing as we endured the study mist of Cloud Forest.
