Gardens by the Bay is a huge garden park filled with giant metal trees. They even have an elevated walkway you can pay to use walking from tree to tree granting you an amazing view of the city. This waterside park in the city is filled with supertrees that are lined with solar cells artistically. The metal trees are about 50 meters tall. During the night they are lit up making them both a cool day time and night time activity. In addition to the metal trees, the park offers several different eco-domes to enter. They the Cloud Forest and the flower dome. If you want to read more about the Cloud Forest, then check out our blog post covering it.

Gardens by the Bay Tickets
The Gardens by the Bay outdoor garden is free to walk around. So if you are on a budget, there is plenty to see for free. However, if you want to go on the skywalk between the trees, that will cost you roughly $8 USD. It’s 22 meters high and gives you a great view of the city. Unfortunately we went right after a lightning storm, so we couldn’t walk on it. We did go into the Cloud Forest, which is an epic enclosed dome. It has a crazy waterfall and tons of plants. The entrance fee for the Cloud Forest and the flower dome is $28.00 USD, per adult ticket. Children are $15.00 USD. You can also enter just the Cloud forest for just $16 per person ($12 for kids).
Also, check the weather because like I mentioned earlier, we got caught in a crazy rain/thunderstorm. The domes stay open in rain and storms, but the skywalk gets shut down and so you don’t want to pay for that and not be able to use it. Luckily, we showed up late enough to just buy a ticket to the Cloud Forest and not spend our money on a ticket for the walkway, which we couldn’t use.
