Ho Chi Min city, also referred to as Saigon, is a bustling metropolis of SE Asia with plenty of things to do. The motorbike traffic is unreal, and it does make the city less walkable because crossing the street safely is difficult. Luckily, the downtown area has a huge concrete plaza that is filled with cool restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, and buildings to explore. Here are some highlights of a one day tour.

Pasteur Street Brewing Co. Saigon
Next on your list of things to do in Ho Chi Minh should be to visit Pasteur Street Brewing Co. Saigon. Looking for a delicious meal or snack, then this is the spot. Their sliders and deep fried pickles were phenomenal! They have a super chill aesthetic and well located just off the walking street area with strung up light and cool wall art. The company actually has two locations that are right by each other. One is a more intimate original location that is up the stairs under the neon sign. The other newer, bigger location is straight to the right in the building next door. Both have different vibes and spaces. This was one of our favorite things to do in Ho Chi Minh!
There are 5 tap room locations around the city of this brewing company as well as 1 in Hanoi. This place also has really cool merchandise that could make for great souvenirs. Their site with their merch they sell is located here. Read more about Pasteur brewing history and process here.
